Manan challenged Congressman Gerlach to six debates. He turned down invitations from a number of groups and only accepted two.

At the first debate, Manan said it was fine for the media to record. Congressman Gerlach refused to allow the press to audio or video record. His campaign told the press that “[W]e didn’t see a benefit for us.”

Well the news media wasn’t going to tolerate it anymore and they showed up with their cameras rolling to last night’s debate. And there was something interesting they caught.

Manan asked Congressman Gerlach why he keeps supporting tax breaks for outsourcing our jobs overseas. Manan pressed Gerlach on taking $700,000 from special interest groups. He had no comment. This is what is known as the “Silent Confession of Guilt.”

So following the debate, we decided to launch our latest ad because we think the public has a right to know what Jim Gerlach has been doing to the rest of us since he went to Washington.

We have less than three weeks to go before Election Day and we need your help now more than ever to make sure everyone knows what Jim Gerlach is hiding.

If Toomey doesn’t have the courage to face the people on Main Street, then he won’t have the courage to fight for the people on Main Street either. Toomey is the Corporate Whore. Yes, his Corporate ownership just keeps growing and growing and growing…

It Didn’t Take Long

… for the Republicans to break their “Pledge”.  When it came time to vote for the small business bill in the House, all but one Republican turned their backs on small businesses and voted “No” for tax breaks for small businesses.

You can trust that Republicans will always turn their backs on Main Street because Republicans are owned by Wall Street.

O’Donnell Supports Creationism

Looks like the Delaware GOP has a Tea Party candidate on the ballot in November.  Her name is Christine O’Donnell and she wants creationism to be taught in schools because she says “evolution is just a theory”.

Here’s the facts, Ms. “prissy pants” O’Donnell:

Evolution may be a theory, but Creationism is a myth.

Does Ms. O’Donnell want the  “purity police” to be checking up on people to make sure that no one is masturbating?  After watching this video, I wonder?

And, O’Donnell believes that you can legislate morality, her religious beliefs regarding morality.

Pat Toomey – Eliminate ALL Corporate Taxes

While everyone else is struggling, Pat Toomey wants to eliminate all corporate taxes AND he has no plan on helping middle class Americans.

In the meantime, Americans’ jobs are being cut while CEO’s get big bonuses.

Strenthen Social Security

Social Security DID NOT create the deficit yet Republicans want to use our Social Security money to reduce the deficit.  The also want to “personalize” (same as privatize) Social Security by handing over our Social Security money to Wall Street.

As for the Democrats that are in sync with this Republican scheme, we are watching.
