Pat Toomey knows that his ideology would make him unelectable so he re-invented himself as a “center-right” candidate. The truth is that Toomey only changed his coat. The clothes inside are still the same and this is why Toomey is evasive when asked questions about how he would represent the people of Pennsylvania. Toomey is more reactionary than Santorum and he would only represent the interests of the wealthy and corporations which is what he did in the past. He is hoping that you don’t remember. – Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania voted in 2004 to give a multi-billion dollar Homeland Security contract to an offshore tax dodger. Toomey also voted to give and protect benefits and tax breaks to corporations dodging U.S. taxes by locating offshore, and opposed penalties for corporations laying off more U.S. workers than they do in foreign countries.

Personalized Social Security is the NEW code word for PRIVATIZING Social Security which is a way of DISMANTLING Social Security. Pat Toomey wants our Social Security money. He wants to hand it over to his friends on Wall Street. If Wall Street had our Social Security money, seniors would have absolutely NOTHING now. Workers saw their 401K’s become 201K’s and now the only safety net left is Social Security and the Republicans and Pat Toomey want that money, too.
