Pennsylvania for Change has now re-opened the comments for threads older than 30 days. After a well needed rest, PA 4 Change has re-organized and has modified its focus.
If you don’t know the location of your polling place, then go to Barack Obama’s website by clicking on this link…
If we are looking towards the future for this nation, then the choice is clear. Only Obama/Biden have policies and plans to move our nation forward.
If we want to revisit the past and keep things just like they are, a failing economy and more wars, then vote McCain/Palin. The McCain/Palin policies and plans will move our nation backwards. John McCain is a backwards thinking person, trying to relive his life and Sarah Palin is a “Diva” who is only thinking about HER OWN FUTURE and not our nation’s future. Oh, and by the way, Sarah Palin is a “Pinko”. Read what she had to say a few weeks before her nomination to the VP spot. Socialism is good for Alaska but not the rest of the nation.
I don’t know about anyone else, but I could use a little help with my health insurance premium and my business would benefit if more people had decent paying jobs and it’s about time that I get a tax break, just like Bush gave to the richest people in our nation and McCain plans to make permanent. John McCain and Sarah Palin want to relive the Reagan years where my TAXES INCREASED and big corporations received my tax break. Reminder… the Reagan years were the Union busting years and as a result, many workers have lost benefits.
McCain/Palin – benefit BIG CORPORATIONS and LOBBYISTS
Obama/Biden – benefit MIDDLE AMERICA
Let’s start moving our nation forward. Vote Obama/Biden ’08.
And just for the fun of it… visit Millard Fillmore’s Bathtub for some laughs.

This is true committment to the American people. Today Barack Obama and 9000 supporters braved the elements at Widener University, Chester, PA. The weather is very, very cold and wet and windy. Today is the kind of day that makes a person want to crawl up in front of a wood stove. It is bone chilling weather. Yet, Barack Obama and his supporters stood out in the rain. This is true grit.
Barack Obama looks really cold and so do the attendees. Hope no one gets sick.

You can always tell the difference between a Republican and a Democrat. The Republican is the one with the hate speech and the Democrat is the one with the hope speech. It almost looks like more Obama supporters at the rally than McCain supporters. These rally goers are shackled by fear and that is why they latched onto the hate filled lies about Obama. They have so little in their lives and this fear and hatred makes them feel alive. The one woman said “It’s my country, too.” Well, I have news for her. It’s my country, too, and we have had 8 years of her country and just look at the f**kin mess her president created. Wars that we cannot afford and a destroyed economy. McCain will not help these “guns and Jesus” people pay for their health insurance nor will he help them get jobs that pay a living wage. Instead, McCain will tax their health insurance and continue to support policies that send good paying jobs oversears. It really is sad for these people. This is what happens when people don’t receive a proper education. They feed their ignorance with hate and violence.
My choice? I choose HOPE over HATE.

Representative Jim Gerlach doesn’t want you to know about this and that is why he is throwing mud at Bob Roggio. Gerlach doesn’t have anything to offer except more of the White House shenanigans.
The Keystone Progressive has this to report.
The House Committee on Oversight has documented that senior Bush political aides used federal funds to support the re-election campaign of Gerlach and Murphy by sending federal officials to their Congressional Districts for campaign events disguised as official business. White House communication records show that the trips were specifically intended to help Gerlach and Murphy win re-election – the very definition of political activity.
The report shows that Rep. Gerlach accepted taxpayer-financed help for his 2006 campaign on four separate occasions. The four events were:
1) 3/10/06 – Visit by Commerce Secretary Gutierrez (Exton, PA)
2) 5/15/06 – Visit by Commerce Secretary Gutierrez (Malvern, PA)
3) 9/18/06 – Visit by EPA Administrator Johnson (Pottstown, PA)
4) 10/2/06 – Visit by HUD Secretary Jackson (Reading, PA)
Haven’t we had enough of all these White House scandals and dishonesty?
We don’t need more Bush politics after Bush leaves office and that is why it is time to “Fire Gerlach” and vote for Bob Roggio in the PA 6th Congressional District.
McCain’s health care plan leaves people behind, especially seniors.
If you were a dessert, which one would you be?
