The Real Pat Toomey Part 1

The Club for Growth, a Washingon Lobbyest funded organization endorses Pat Toomey because Pat Toomey believes in limited government.  Translated, Pat Toomey will do the following if elected:

  • Dismantle Social Security by handing over taxpayers money to the Wall Street Bandits,
  • Expand Death Panels by dismantling Medicare and Medicaid by creating a voucher system that will not cover the cost of Insurance premiums.  This is a hand-off of taxpayers money to Insurance companies.

Any Tea Party member that is tired of government handouts, will NOT vote for Toomey because Toomey talks the talk but he is nothing more than a Republican that rewards his rich friends with taxpayers money.  In the meantime, the average American gets screwed, again.  If you liked the Wall Street bailout, then you will love the Toomey Wall Street handover of our tax dollars.

Make room for your parents because when they lose their Social Security, they will be moving in with you.  As for any inheritance, that money will go to the Insurance companies.   That is what Pat Toomey offers.  He will be another suit in Washington DC, stealing tax payers money.  If you think the economy is bad now, it will only get worse if Pat Toomey gets elected.

Don’t let Toomey fool you by saying that he is center right.  Anyone that wants to put doctors in jail for treating their patients is NOT anywhere near the center and is a fascist.   Toomey is far, far right.

Toomey will take away our freedoms.

Here’s Toomey on the issues… he would restrict bankruptcy rules meaning, he voted to make it more difficult to file for bankruptcy.  Now that is helping Wall Street and voting against the best interest of the people of Pennsylvania.  Yes, Toomey wants to keep feeding those fat cat bankers big bonuses even though we want our money back.

Rated 20% by the ARA, indicating an anti-senior voting record. (Dec 2003)

Toomey is anti-senior.

The Republican Creed – UPDATED

Elect a Republican and they will follow and enforce the Republican Creed which is:

  • Dismantle Social Security
  • Eliminate Medicare
  • Turn their backs on senior citizens and the poor.

UPDATE:  Republicans are as deadly as DDT. If elected to office, they plan on:

  • Dismantling Social Security
  • Dismantling Medicare
  • Turning their backs on Seniors and the poor.

And that’s the truth.

The Midnight Thief

PA Senator David Argall was the chief architect of the 2005 “midnight pay raise” that included a 50% raise in his pension.  Besides this sneaky thievery of tax payers money, Argall also had one of the highest “per diem” while serving as a Legislator.  When asked about his expenses, he whined about living 1.5 hours from Harrisburg.  Boo hoo.

Now this crook and liar is planning on running as the Republican candidate in the PA 17th Congressional District.   The only jobs that David Argall has ever had were jobs where he could collect his paycheck from the taxpayers of Pennsylvania.   In March of 2009, David Argall won his current seat as a Senator in Pennsylvania.  In 2010, he wants to move to Washington DC as a member of the House with a larger “per diem”.  Of course, being a Republican, Argall supports the GOP plan to privatize Social Security and decrease Medicare benefits. If Argall gets elected to the US Congress, you better believe that senior citizens will suffer loses while big banks and big corporations will be allowed to steal more money from the tax payers.  It’s the GOP way and Argall will vote to decrease Medicare benefits and vote to privatize Social Security.

Looks like Argall is a quitter, just like Sarah Palin.  What’s with these Republicans?  Seems like when the going gets tough, they either quit or give themselves a very large raise.

The GOP Inspired Death Panels

No, these are not government run death panels.  These are death panels that consist of money hungry relatives that want to avoid paying inheritance taxes.  It was Senator Grassley who created a “throw mamma from the train” incentive in the 2001 tax cut.  Yes, you heard me.  No wonder Senator Grassley so easily spoke about “pulling the plug on grandma.”  That’s exactly the incentive that the tax cuts of 2001 provide.  These inheritance tax breaks are set to expire in January 2011 and studies show that more elderly people die just after a tax cut or right before a tax increase.  Hummm… sounds suspicious to me.

But why would Republicans be trying to kill old people? After all, senior citizens are more likely to vote for the GOP than for Democrats. They were the only substantial demographic segment John McCain won in 2008. You’d think conservatives would want them to hang on as long as possible. The problem is that because of the Democratic programs Social Security and Medicare, the aged are expensive for government to keep around. The writer Jodie T. Allen once explained the reason for the GOP’s “pro-death” policies: faced with an unpalatable choice between cutting benefits and raising taxes to pay for the growing costs of entitlement programs, Republicans gravitated toward a third alternative—restraining growth in life expectancy. If you want lower taxes and aren’t willing to risk cutting spending, you need fewer beneficiaries.

The American Way

President Lyndon Johnson, Democrat, believed that the American way was to pass socialized medicine for people 65 and older. Prior to becoming president, Ronald Reagan spoke against Medicare. He believed that older Americans did not deserve socialized medicine and when he became president, he got the ball rolling to dismantle government. Ever since the days of Reagan, the Republicans have been working to eliminate socialized medicine for the elderly and if President George W. Bush had his way, Social Security would have tanked along with the rest of the IRA’s and 401K’s last fall.

It amazes me that there are people on Medicare and Medicaid screaming and protesting at town hall meetings this summer. They object to other Americans receiving “socialized” medicine and at the same time they are unwilling to give up their “socialized” medicine. That’s not the American way.
