This is as bad as dog fighting.
Those involved in pigeon shoots are also known to be involved in other acts of cruelty, like assault.

The only way we can end this is to finally pass the legislation that would ban these shoots. People in Pennsylvania need to put the pressure on their legislators, and contact them telling them they need to finally put an end to this cruelty.
