Are there still people living there? I heard the state had moved just about everyone out, or else!
Here’s the thing I like about coal… or the burning of coal. It leaves coal fly ash. But no one can find out where they store the fly ash. The EPA says since it’s possible that terrorists might target fly ash storage areas that it cannot disclose the location of any such storage areas.
But you can find Centralia.
There’s a few folks that still live there. I don’t know anything about fly ash. Guess I’ll have to research it.
